Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan - Two days of exploring Sanzhan

- Sunday 9th June 2024 from 9:00am to 3pm
This will be the first two day course of its kind that has been hosted by the newly appointed Chief Instructors of Master Han's, Nan Shaolin Wuzuquan - Chee Kim Thong- UK / EUROPE [Han Jin Yuan] Club. The new club has been been reorganised in accordance with Master Han's wishes in order to continue to build and promote Shizu Chee Kim Thong and Shigong Han's Wuzuquan groups. To that end, we have worked hard to help turn the significant amount of theory taught within this complex martial art into applications by encouraging people to meet and put the theory into practice.
This course will take part over the two days and will everyone will be able to benefit from the knowledge and input of a number of the clubs senior instructors from UK and Europe. As a good starting place, the emphasis will be placed on and around the Sanzhan Form. The main subject will be the application of; sensing intent, timing, accuracy, minimum physical force, structure, base (rooting), foot work (movement), partner catching of the Form, freestyle pushing hands, self-defence applications, sparring (controlled), and more.......!!
